GMP 5.0.3 testing

The GMP 5.0.3 release is imminent.

Help with testing this is most welcome!

A typical test would be,

     [srcdir]/configure && make && make check

but you might also want to try e.g.,

     [srcdir]/configure --enable-assert --enable-alloca=debug && make && make check

or other variations (not forgetting --enable-fat).

We plan to make the final release on Friday 2012-01-27.
