GMP 5.1 test release #2

Please try the 2nd GMP 5.1 test release:

  Reports to gmp-bugs at gmplib.org please.  Do not follow up to the
  gmp-announce list, we promise subscribers to have only announcements
  there.
  
This fixes a problem related to the new Windows64 assembly handling,
which caused exclusion of assembly code for a Windows32 build.
