Contributing to GMP

Hello,

I have a (very) minor contribution which passes the tests on my system, 
committed locally on my system, that I would like to be reviewed and 
(hopefully) merged.

However, I cannot seem to find any information in the mailing list or on 
the website on how to go through with this contribution. Could someone 
help me with how I can go through with this?
