Bazel Build Script

Hi all,
I would like to create a build process for Gmplib using Bazel (
https://bazel.build/).

The current build process uses make but we are trying to use Bazel to for build
as the project is in Golang with a Bazel build process.Also, we want to remove
any requirements for users having to install any dependencies e.g. m4, automake
I would appreciate if there any pointers as to how to go around itand also any
possible issues I might face.
