Build gmp (version >= 6.0.0a) on iPad mini 3

Actually no, I don't have anything on it. But even if want to cross-build
gmp, I have the same kind of error. Basically, my real concern would : I to
build gcc out of the blue, knowing that there almost nothing on my target.
For instance, I don't even have as or ld on it...
