Build gmp (version >= 6.0.0a) on iPad mini 3

I picked the latest snapshot, and did the same procedure, with the same
result, so that discussion's basis are set. What strategy should I adopt ?
(In fact, I am somehow on a *nix with almost nothing on it. Tried to buils
binutils, same kind of error.)
