GMP package signature

Hi,

I have trouble verifying the signature that accompanies gmp-6.0.0a:

The key 28C67298 is not in <ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/gnu-keyring.gpg>.

The key is also not available from public key servers either (I tried
<https://pgp.mit.edu/>).

How can I know the file I downloaded is authentic?

Could you, please, upload a copiously signed key to both sites listed above?
