New GMP release? Really?

Hi,

I can see on the https://gmplib.org/ web page that GMP 6.0.0 is
declared to be out, while there has been neither an announce nor
even an announce of release candidates. The "TO APPEAR SHORTLY"
for signatures is scary. Of course, I haven't downloaded anything.
What's going on?
