'make check' failure with disabled shared libraries on Mac OSX 10.6

You forgot to include the tmp-x86call.s file from the m4 run.  Please
send it in a new message.

Let us please concentrate on *one* pretended build system from now on.
Passing --build is wrong, but usually has little effect, if you intend
to affect the host machine for where to run GMP, pass a --host argument.
