If PHP does not work properly, it is a PHP problem that needs to be
debugged by those who know PHP.  There is non-zero probabilty that
malfunction in PHP is the result of malfunction in something tat PHP
depends on, such as GMP.  Then this needs to be made into a GMP bug
report, using GMP code, not PHP code.
