Gnu MP Window Install Has no C++ Interface

Hello to all, i have installed the GNU MP under MinGw but it has not gmpxx.h
in /lib/include directory.

I linked the library with libgmp.a in VS 2008 express.

mpz_set_str(); return me unresolved external symbol.

Why this happen  ?
