Questions about GMP license

Could anyone tell me what I should do if I want to link GMP dll in a commercial software?

 

I have read LGPL and it is really confusing and hard to understand. 

 

Do I have to provide entirely source code to users? Do I need to get a license from GMP or it is just like GLP that "Automatic Licensing of Downstream Recipients"?
