Visual Studio 2008 C/C++ Express is free and it can build the 32-bit GMP 
libraries and applications that use them.

But it doesn't contain the 64-bit compiler.

I am told that it is possible to obtain the 64-bit compiler in a free 
download but I don't know how to do this.  I suspect that others here can 
explain how to obtain this.
