Windows Visual C++ Express x64 static binaries

Hi there,

Does anyone know of a static build of gmp. I desperately need
one - I'm using the x86 platform SDK - the freely downloadable
one. It compiles OpenSSL fine 64-bit.

I've been to

      http://fp.gladman.plus.com/computing/gmp4win.htm

but no binaries are downloadable, and it's not clear that
gmp will actually build on Windows x64 as a 64-bit library.
