Building GMP4.2.2 in Visual Studio 2005

Hello,

Building GMP4.2.2 in Visual Studio 2005 - has anyone been successful? I can’t seem to make it work; I did check Brian Gladman’s site but he is using VS2008’s project file which my version can’t translate.
When I download the latest 4.2.2 version, there are a few files missing; has the package tree changed so much that I’d be better off using older version of GMP?
