Looking for compiled gmpxx

Having no luck with compilation and deciding to install Linux some time soon
anyway I have turned to finding a precompiled gmpxx, with no luck yet. The
deltatrinity ftp server isn't working. I am looking for a Windows+Mingw
package, please share, if you know where to find one.
