GMP and 64-bit systems

Hello,

 I personally think that Windows-64 should be treated as a 32 bits
system (ie. 32 bits mp_limb_t, etc..)
 It is the will of Microsoft to treat Windows-64 like a 32 bits system
(by setting long to 32 bits).
 I think we should respect this decision.
