Windows Binaries for GMP 4.2.2

My processor is an Intel Core 2 Quad and (when it is available for download)
I'm wondering if the amd64 versions would be what I want to download.  By
the way, this service is very much appreciated.

Michael Abshoff has kindly hosted binariy distributions of my Visual
Studio build of GMP 4.2.2 and MPFR 2.3.0 at:

The GMP *_lib.zip files contain the GMP static libraries and the C++
wrapper (which used to be separate); the *_dll.zip files contain the DLLs.

The other parts of the names are as follows:

    gcwin32 - generic C compiled for 32-bit Windows
    p0 - with pentium assembler support
    p3 - with p3 assembler support
    p4 - with p4 assembler support

    gcx64 - generic C compiled 64-bit Windows
    amd64 - with 64-bit assembler support (amd64 optimised)

The MPFR 2.3.0 names should be self explanatory.
