NO gmp.h at all!

  Hi, i have downloaded the whole gmplib 4.2.1 from the link at swox.com.
Then, i unpack the file. I searched the whole packege, and didnot find the gmp.h file. 
  where to find it? Without it, I cannot use the lib!!!
  please give some instrctions, thx~!
