Performance Patch for gmp 4.1.4

Hello,

I just created an aggregated performance patch from the code provided on
the "development tid bits" page and included Pierrick Gaudry and Ashod
Nakashian's AMD64 assembler code as well.
If you like to try it, you can download it from 

http://www.primetime.info.ms/gmp/.

Please note, that I could only test it on my machine running fedora core
5 linux. If you have a problem with your configuration, please let me
know.
