Is the AMD Turion amd64

Hello,

Is the Turion chip an AMD64


./configure --enable-shared --disable-static --host=amd64-pc-mingw32

outputs

using ABI="32"
       ...
       CFLAGS="-m32....



Is that ok, or does it mean that Turion needs something else.
