For GMP for Microsoft compilers see:

(Note that item 10 at the top of that page mentions VC6. I assume it is
therefore covered.)

Otherwise build with MinGW (or grab Delta Trinity's MinGW-built binaries)
and then use that build with VC6. For details see:
