gcc warning from mpz_get_ui - does it matter?

I'm using mpz_get_ui and gcc (4.0.0) says:

warning: control may reach end of non-void function '__gmpz_get_ui' being inlined

Do I have to worry about this?

PS: also, in factorize.c, there is a label S3 which is never referenced.
