g++ or VC++

Hi,
I have a question "related" with this things.
Is posible to make the dll with Cygwin??
i´ve tryed  configure --disable-static --enable-shared but i think it builds
the static library anyway.

Andreas, I think its better because you dont need to install mingw or
cygwin.
