using gmpxx with MSVC

I've been trying to get the MSVC project found at 
<http://fp.gladman.plus.com/computing/gmp4win.htm> to work on my system, 
but I can't find any instructions and the defaults aren't working. In 
particular, I have an Athlon processor, so I can't use the 
pentium4-specific version. The webpage says that the "blended x86" code has 
been converted -- how do I tell msvc to compile that version?
