[Administrivia] New mailing list: gmp-announce

Hi,

There's a new, read only, mailing list for GMP announcements.  Its
name is gmp-announce@swox.com and more info can be found at

  https://gmplib.org/mailman/listinfo/gmp-announce/

New releases of GMP and important patches (security related bugs, for
example) will be announced here, nothing else.  There will be no
cross posting of announcements to the other GMP lists.  There will be
no spam sent to this list.  Promise.

All present subscribers of the gmp-discuss and gmp-devel lists have
been added to gmp-announce.  Please visit the web page above (or send
a mail to gmp-announce-request@swox.com with the word "unsubscribe" in
the message body) if you want to remove your email address from the
subscription list.
