Cleanup mpz_out_str in tests

I think it makes sense to use gmp_printf in tests, whereever that makes
the code more concise and easier to read.

That makes it a bit harder to copy tests between gmp and mini-gmp, but I
think that's something we can live with. (If it gets too inconvenient,
I'd even consider adding a gmp_printf limited to things useful in tests
to mini-gmp/testsuite/).
