You have gotten feedback for several iterations of your patch.
Sometimes feedback is quicker, sometimes it is slower.

The GNU project needs some methid of regression testing mips r6.
Unfortunately, that seems non-trivial.  Most visible interest in r6 seem
to have vanished several years ago, and now links to OS images and
whatnot are dead.

I'll give it a shot to set up enough to run GMP tests compiled for r6 in
an emulator, but that will take several months.
