Small operands gcd improvements

Size is in bits. So, e.g.,

  ./speed -s 1-64 mpn_gcd_1 mpn_gcd_11

where the latter is expected to be a few cycles faster. And like gcd_1,
.r argument can be used to fix the bit size of one of the operands.
