This is a copy of the GNU config.guess (since GMP's uses a wrapper
around this to get more fine-grained info on the cpu). As it says close
to the top of the file,

If that's what you have done, and this change really is updating GMP's
copy to the latest version from
https://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=config.git;a=blob_plain;f=config.guess
