mini-gmp mpz_{get,set}_d not fully compatible with GMP

Yes, of course.

Right.
The current generic implementation is very similar to the implementation
in mini-gmp. So, in some sense, even testing mini-gmp only can be
interesting.

Otherwise, we may add a hook in the code to disable specific
optimisations, and trigger it for a while in our testing.
