mini-gmp mpz_{get,set}_d not fully compatible with GMP

I think so. Does current gcc support VAX, or what compiler would we use?

Can VAX be supported using the generic code, without HAVE_DOUBLE_VAX_D?
Testing the generic code seems more important than testing VAX-specific
optimizations.
