mini-gmp and mpq

My proposed mini-mpq uses some internals of mini-gmp... but it is not
integrated yet...

I suggest to add a line

#include "mini-gmp.c"

early in mini-mpq.c, and remove mini-gmp.c from the command-line of the
compiler.
