Help stabilising mini-gmp

  If we are not already doing it, yes, I highly recommend it.

I also highly recommend it and the system noasm should hopefully obey
our recommendations in its next run.  ;-)

(The hardware martin.gmplib.org which is where "shell", "gshell", ivy*,
*-debv*, all runs, is getting its 6 cores busy 24 hours per day with all
the testing.  Not good, something needs to be done.)
