Help stabilising mini-gmp

There is now some inconsistencies between the reporting status and the
expected_* files.  This is evidenced by green lines in the expected
section of e.g., <https://gmplib.org/devel/tm/gmp/date.html>.

[There is also something wrong with your pushes, not causing mail
notification to be made.  Make sure you trust the proper files in ~hg;
you should be getting an error/warning about this from the hg commands.]
