When is a good time to try to merge my old bdiv changes? I don't even
recall the details, but IIRC, the log message is "New bdiv convention, R
B^{qn} = U + Q D", and I think the bdiv return value is also the carry
out from that addition.

In ~nisse/hack/gmp-bdiv on shell.
