According to Martin
(http://lists.lysator.liu.se/pipermail/nettle-bugs/2015/003267.html),
it was added to andreoid recently, and not always available.

One could have a configure check and fall back to parsing /proc/cpuinfo.
If that's more reliable than always parsing /proc/cpuinfo.
