GMP and CUMP

Sheesh, the guy has copyied and edited the GMP webpages and now claims
the default "all rights reserved" with himself as owner.  Not a serious
attitude, although we could take it as praise for our web design
prowess...

It is hard to make good use of GPUs.  I have evaluated it recently, and
realised that 2x speedup compared to a CPU is about the limit, while
forcing the use of long vectors of bignums.  That's about what we see
here.
