PATCH: Add gmp.pc package-config file

Hi,

As I asked in a previous email, pkg-config is being widely used, and
to provide a simple gmp.pc file is simple and easy and takes almost no
space.

So, I am sending a patch to gmp-4.2.1 which adds the gmp.pc file, and
installs it.

NOTE: I didn't include "configure" "Makefile.in" and "aclocal.m4" in
the diff as those are generated.

Please let me know if this patch is accepted, as I have software I
would like to depend on it.
