[ADMIN] List temporarily closed

The GMP lists will temporarily be closed due to spamming
problems.  While spam doesn't reach list subscribers,
it does reach the moderators.

The onslaught of spam has reached new highs lately.  Over
1000 spam messages are sent to the lists each day, and of
these about 50 reach the moderators.

Closing the lists is an emergency measure.  Hopefully we can
open the lists again at some point, using more sophisticated
list administration software.
