I see at: http://www.swox.com/gmp/guestaccount.html a note about access to a Cray vector system (preferably T90 or X1). Whilst I don't know of where to get access to them, there is this site: http://www.cray-cyber.org/general/start.php which gives free public access on vector Cray computers.
