GMP 4.1.4 release candidate 2

Many thanks to Patrick Pelissier, Greg Childers, and David Newman for
their help with testing of rc1.

I have fixed the problem Greg found about "simulated" instructions.
Please try the new release candidate to make sure I didn't break
anything:

The GMPbench score for K8 in 32-bit mode should now be a bit better.

If there are no problems with rc2, it will be released to the public
tomorrow.
