GMP 4.1.4 release candidate

Here are the results of quick testing:

Athlon-XP running Windows XP using Cygwin  --  all tests passed, no problems

Opteron running Windows XP using Cygwin -- a number of "warning, simulating 
cmov with jump, use for testing only" messages are output during compile of 
the asm files, all tests passed

Opteron (1900MHz) running 64-bit Linux  --  all tests passed, no problems, 
gmpbench scores about 4200 in agreement with gmp-4.1.3

Opteron (1900MHz) running 32-bit Linux -- a number of "warning, simulating 
cmov with jump, use for testing only" messages are output during compile of 
the asm files, all tests passed, gmpbench scores about 2500 while gmp-4.1.3 
compiled for an Athlon scores about 2600 on the same computer.
