GMP 4.1.4 release candidate

Please download and test GMP 4.1.4-rc1:

This release fixes a nasty bug in mpf_sub, as well as a bug in
multiplication of very large operands.  (The latter bug probably
cannot cause miscomputation, only crashes.)

There are also a few minor updates:
 * AMD Athlon64/Opteron processors are now recognized also on
   32-bit systems.
 * VIA c3 processors are now recognized.
 * The test program for multiplication has been rewritten.
 * Support for powerpc64-gnu-linux has been added.

Things to watch for when testing this release candidate:

Performance regressions from 4.1.3 (the configuration system for
x86 has been updated to handle AMD athlon64/opteron better in
32-bit mode, and that could cause some problem).

Regressions that cause this release not to build on systems
where 4.1.3 builds.
