GMPBench 0.1 on an AMD64 == 5000

The Opteron and Athlon 64 are expected to perform extremely well
with GMP, in particular after a 64-bit port has been completed.

I've run GMP 4.1.2 on a AMD64 (an Opteron) and I cannot reproduce
your timing results.  Can you please show me the command you used
to configure and build GMP itself.

Just "configure; make" should give absymal performance, since it
doesn't use any assembly loops.
