I don't think I know any others off hand.

There might be some unused/never-documented stuff, like
GMP_ERROR_BAD_STRING for instance.

Should that go into the BSD libmp too?  We've got
mp_set_memory_functions there, so it would match.  On the other hand
noone should use libmp for new code, so why add new functions to it.
