`make check` yields some failures on macOS

    I am building gmp 6.3.0 (downloaded from the .tar.xz on the web site just
    now) on macOS (Sonoma, 14.6.1). I've attached tests/mpn/test-suite.log;
    please let me know if you need anything more. I build with just
    `./configure` (no options) and `make`.

My bad.  6.3.0 is in fact the latest GMP release!  (For some reason, I
thought 6.3.1 was the version we released last summer.)
