Bug in GMP 6.1.0 + ARM

Hi,

Sure, see the rest of the details I gave. It is working with 6.3.0 or 6.1.0 with -O0.

I used it to build gcc, so if an older version is needed I suggested in my original email just to add a comment in a known ARM issue, in case I am not the only one building old gcc.
