gmp-6.2.1 configuration error while configuring on WSL2 Ubuntu 20.04.6

kind regards to take time to help me. So I guess that one thing I maybe didn't quite understand m4 as a software package. not really familiar with m4 yet or what exactly it is used for. Should start me off on the right track. Merci beaucoup.
