GMP website: old release (3.1.1) cannot be downloaded

I can also confirm that the download works now (both on https://gmplib.org/download/gmp/archive/ and on https://gmplib.org/download/archive/) (using Firefox). Not sure what was going on earlier, but I suppose it's resolved now. Thanks for looking into this.
